Help! No go in my TRX 350

Hi all . . . my TRX350 1989 quad has no go, it does not idle, and sounds extremly rough! runs slightly better of choke when cold, and when warm i turned the carb screw in 1 1/2 turns and sounds abit better, but still no power? not smoking, plug black. any ideas?? started after i turned it of and re fueled it, and yes it has petrol in. was wet at the time, but no water got in the fuel. any ideas will be much appreciated!!

it sounds like its running extremly rich, but why would it all of a sudden do that?

Sounds as if u need to clean your carb. One of the jets probly has some dirt in it.
