Default Advice

Hey fellow wheelers, I am in need of advice. I am rebuilding an 05 trx 450r and the counterbalances rubbed the bottom side of the cases. I dont know if I can clean them up and reuse them or if they are junk? Any advice will help. This will be my second rebuild, my first rebuild was my 84 tecate. I posted a pic of it too. Thank you.

What happened to cause the crankshaft to contact the engine case? Did a bearing go bad, crankshaft broke, rod bearing go bad? The scratches from contact will not hurt anything as long as the structure is not distorted.

I think the crank bearings are bad and the connecting rod bearing is real bad. Thanks
