Default 2004 trx 450 top end question

hey guys im new to here, but im looking for good new forum so hopefully i found it.......my question is im putting my top end back together...so far i just have the piston and cylinder on...my question is i have 4 dowell pins and im almost positive there is only two that go in the head so where are the other two from

The 2 number 5 and 2 number 30 are the dowel pins. I hope this helps.
