Default Tranny problem on my 87' trx250x

Hey guys i just signed up here cuz i was hoping someone could help me. I have a 87 trx250x with a stuck tranny. It starts if you hold the clutch in but will die when you let it out. I cant move my shifter unless I open the case up and move these little flippers. Also the nuetral and reverse lever wont move. I hope one of you can shine some light on this for me. Thanks

I would say it is a bad shift forl or something like that. It is a internal tranny issue. I am sorry I cannot be of more service. Someone else will come along with more info on the subject.

Hey tomgodd. Thanks. I was hoping to not have to split the whole thing apart but its probably just the way its going to have to be. Thanks for the welcome.
