help help help 400 ex is smoking

Please !!!!!!!!!!!!
My 05 400 ex that i just got is starting to smoke what are the possible prolems and fixes any and all info will be greatly appreciated thanks

well i have had a couple of these quads and most of the time its the rings that go bad on these and causes it to smoke like a two stroke and may i ask is all this smoke coming out of ur pipe and also there might be oil that has set in ur head pipe causing it to smoke could be valve seals too does it smoke alot or a little hope this hlps

Possible causes include: overfull on oil, oil diluted with gas, worn oil ring, bad head gasket, bad valve seals, a damaged piston or cylinder and damage from overheating. Other than overfull and diluted oil, all fixes are considered rebuilds.
