I'm referring to an 03 400ex. From the front left tire when riding there is a grinding/vibrating noise. I can also feel the vibration when the noise comes on, it typically happens when in higher rpms and speeds. Does anyone have any clue what it could be or where to start looking? I was thinking maybe brake pads or bearings but I really have no clue. Thanks.
Go ahead and look - most likely brake pads - could be bearings - might just be a small rock rubbing on the rotor - regardless, you need to pull the wheel off and inspect things.
