How often do you guys adjust the valves 400 and 450R?

I check mine once a year, have only had to adjust them twice in 3 years.

I check mine Every 20 hrs or so. Unless it gets real dirty and I need to clean I pull plastic and then I check them at that time.

I would say that would be a love hate situation especially the abuse I put it through. That thing gets rode hard but it does have some easy days
