Default Timing

Pull the round plug on the flywheel side rotate the motor until you see some little marks on the flywheel. you will see a little notch in the threader hole you take the plug out of find the mark with a T next to it that is your timing mark. Make sure your cam gear is lined up with the index mark on the camand the timing mark is lined up with the notch all at the same time. if not take the timing gear off line up the timing mark on the flywheel with the notch and install the gear on the cam. Hope this helps. you can go to Hot cams web site and click on the how to install and that might help, its a video.

Not tryin to tell you what to buy but i would not waste my money on the cobra, i would buy a slip on before i would buy a complete cobra exhaust . If you do a lot of trail ridin the cobra is going to rust out in a year or so . buy an HMF,FMF or somethin like that, just tryin to help in the long run.
