air box lid removal
if i did this would i have to rejet at all or would it be fine?

On a 250ex? Yea your going to be getting alot of pops on decel.

will have to rejet forsure, when you hit the gas it will probably die to much air not enough fuel!

Yes just about anytime you put more air in the motor or remove more exhaust you need to rejet.

alright anyone know stock size in mine? hard to change?had a two stroke havent messed with four stroke much.

If you have not put the pipe on yet i would not mess with increasing the jet size until that point of your mods,just removing the air box lid and increasing the air flow won't do much if the motor cannot expell it through the exhaust.
