Default Help on timming 2001 TRX250 EX

Hay all you motor heads out there is there someone out there that could tell me the right way on timming this unit im going to replace the timming chain as much as i know is to big the piston up on the compresson stroke an thats where i need help on the marks on the cam sproket need to be at an again its a 2001 Honda TRX 250 EX thank you so much.

There should be a punch mark on the cam gear that you line up with an index mark on the crankcase. Make sure the lobes on the cam are pointing down.
