carb trouble some help hmf pipe

yes i am a little new but seemed like no post under where i should of posted. anyways i have a 400ex 2007 stock just installed hmf pipe. new to know what jets i need in south carolina.....summer is 90-110 degrees and winter is cold like 30 degrees????some input?
