I Just recently bought a 02 250ex and a 01 400ex but the 400ex needs A Arms but other than that runs perfect. I am only 16 and just getting into riding I do my own mechanic work. The 250ex has a a FMF pipe. The 400ex has +3in rear end but needs new sprocket. The front A Arms i found was $485 but im on a budget since working after school so any ideas on where to find any cheaper thats worth the while? i ride on rough terrian and tight trails so i need the sway for fast swift turns without popping up on two wheels and enough not to fishtail. the 250ex is great on my trails just the steering is tight so any suggestion on how to loosing them to where i can turn sharper?

You can find some good deals on ebay,sometimes you have to search them out. I have a 400Ex they are a great trail machine. Welcome to the forums.

you can also look on bikebandit.com they have good parts for cheep thats where i go and im only 16 with the same quads as you just different years
