New and looking for some help

Hello folks,
I'm new to this forum, but have been at the hondaatvforums.net for a few months now.
I love riding, and have always been interested but have only recently had the money to get a quad. My first, and current ride is an '04 trx250ex.
I usually just ride trails or around the yard.
My issue started when i was riding the other day and heard a weird high pitched sound while cruising. It went away a little down the road, but today when i took it out, it was making the noise again. It only does it when you give it gas.
I took a vid.
I posted this question on hondaatvforums.net as well, but figured maybe someone here will have an idea.
Please let me know if you have any ideas as to what it could be.
It seems like it's coming from the starter area but im not sure.

I wonder if the starter is sticking. Helmut would be the one to help with this one. Welcome to the forums

He posted this question on the Hondaatvforums.net and I listened to the video and I could hear the sound he was talking about, but I couldn't identify what it was.
