I hate boots but they are safer and you will get use to them. Every time you ride wear them. That will help.

You will look like a fool but walk around the house in them. They will loosen up. You can always adjust your shift lever if you are having a rough time with that.

You got an excellent boot. I wear the same ones.

I can wear my boots all day long walking around the pits/track. They will get more comfortable.

I believe I paid 250... something like that. I've had them for 3 years. You will get the hang of them, i tried riding with shoes on the other day and it felt all wrong.

Put them on and squat like a catcher for a while. that will get them to bend up easier for shifting.

Good Idea! I wore mine for weeks. I have a pair of thor boots and I recently Bought a oair of Alpine stars. I hate the Alpines. They are a higher quality but not broke in. Can not wait until they are I walk around in the evry once and a while.
