05/04 trx450r gusseted frame and subframes Updated
This is a fully gusseted frame I just had welded, gusseted and sand blasted. It is completly raw right now. The frame has had cracks but all has been repaired by a welding shop. I did end up putting one gusset plate on the steering post tower myself because once I got it back from the welding shop I noticed I forgot to have him put that one on so I did it myself. My welds are not as pretty but it still a good weld. Frame is ready to paint or powder coat. I am asking $350 shipped obo to the US only no out of the country shipping.
I also have 2 subframes, one is the factory silver and one is painted with black epoxy paint. The one that is black has had the rectifier mounting plate removed for a shortened wiring harness. I have taken a close up picture so you can see. I am asking $100 each shipped obo to anywhere in the US again no out of the country shipping
