Default 2007 400ex rear bearing housing

I just purchased a 2007 400ex. Have only ridden it for about 5 hours. Noticed some popping and grinding in the rear axle housing in the swingarm. I have looked on line and there are many to choose from. Who is the best for the money. Also is this something that I should try, or let a pro do it. If i can do it.....can someone give me the specifics on how? PLEASE HELP IM IN A BIND HERE!!!!

thank you hillbilly.
I am looking at the lonestar.....do you know if they are a good housing. I believe that they are a full pop in replacement. Am i correct. If so ....do yuo know how hard it would be to install. Also ....any tips on removing the old one?

i just had the same problem with my 2003 400ex and i thought it would be a hard task but i managed to replace it with ease. i also bought the lonestar racing cast housing and i have been very impressed with it so far
