Oil for my 400ex
Hey I was wondering if the Formula 0w-40 Amsoil would be alright to run in my 08 400ex?

I looked up alittle about the Amsoil product. It sounds like a great product.
I may have to try it. I use 10w 40 Honda GN4 as stated above. The 0w 40 sounds like it is a better product as it is for all temps.

Use any brand or weight of oil as long as it is rated API SJ or lower or JASO M or M1. Best to follow the recommendation of the manufacturer which is in a table in the owners manual.
