Can I Go With Equal Size Wheels All Around?

I just picked up a nice running 1990 FOUTRAX 300 4x4 for my 13yr old son. The guy threw in a spare set of rear wheels. I noticed the front wheels are slightly smaller than the rears and was wondering if this ATV will work with the same size fronts as rears? Thanks!

The wheels are the same diameter - 11", but the front wheels are 1" narrower - the front tire was 23x8-11 and the rear tire was 24x9-11
This was typically done so the rear was pushing the front until the rear tires slipped, then the front tires would start to pull

You can re-engineer the vehicle and put any size wheel and tire on it that you can find - won't hurt a thing other than traction, speed, handling, tire wear, forces seen by the suspension and your pocket book.
