Unfortunately that part was only used on 86-88...

Unfortunately that part was only used on 86-88 TRX200SX and was discontinued many years ago. If the wheel cylinder needs new parts, you might try an auto supply and look for cups of the proper size...

I just checked the CDI's - they are the same for 89-93 TRX300A and 300FW, so yes, swap them to see if it eliminates the problem - you could swap coils also.
