I have a 04 trx 400ex with a white brothers racing exhaust e series, it has a 416 big bore kit also took off the air box lid idk what jets to put in it, it bogs when I snap the throttle and same with when it’s moving after I hold it for a wile it clears out. Any suggestions on what Jet sizes I should use?

Jetting is as individual as the set-up

Get it jetted right and then just change the air filter (say a stock filter for a K&N) and it will have to be rejetted

Just get a hand full of jets and have fun finding out which ones work best - to make it easier, the pilot jet does not need to be changed unless it will not idle with the pilot screw between 2 and 6 turns out, the increase the pilot jet one size larger only highly modified engines with a K&N or no air filter and a totally unbaffled exhaust may the pilot jet need to be increased by 2 sizes.

The slide needle is for mid-range (steady throttle openings) and the main jet is for wide open operation.
