Does any know the unloaded length of the stock front and back shock? I would like to upgrade them to ones with a gas cell but I can only find 320mm (12.5 in) for a decent price and when I measure the fronts they come out to 300mm (12 in) but thats loaded.

Just jack the front end up and measure the unloaded length - an extra 1/2" of length is not a problem as long as the suspension travel does not bottom out there - is the suspension relaxes to 13" or more with the shock removed, then a 12.5 inch shock will work just fine.
