Just completed my restoration!! Still looking for a fuel on off. Not sure what it is called.

Congratulations

The fuel valve (petcock) is part number 16950-HB3-005 (#2 in the breakdown) and reportedly still available from Honda for $47, but the knob (#8) part number 16963-HB3-000 is not. A search on Ebay using the part number might turn one up someday.
