Just picked up a '93 trx200d with a bad motor. Anyone here ever find a Chinese engine that swaps in easily? Or a resource for finding a cheap replacement. Thanks

Just out of curiosity, are there other sizes of engines (like a 250) that fit into that frame easily? The internet is tough to find anything on this model..Thanks again

No, but an 86 or 87 TRX200SX may also work and although not confirmed, an ATC185 or 200 engine might bolt in also. Depending on how creative you are, any engine will fit - just need a torch, a grinder, welder, a lot of free time and an engine with no other use. I have seen Honda 750 engines in TRX frames.
