Its an 02 400ex with 440 big bore kit, pro circuit full exhaust, K&n filter with 48 and 142 jetting. It cuts out at low rpm's but once into mid rpms it runs flawless. I tried to adjust the a/f screw and cant get rid of this.

So what size jets should i be running with the above mods and at 1300 ft above sea level. Temp is around 55-70 but rises above 100 in summer. I am looking to get it running perfect now then will worry if it needs changed later.

If it's a stock carb
Try using a #40 slow jet
It does not have an air/fuel screw - it has a fuel screw - the circuit uses a #110 slow air jet, then you adjust the fuel screw to control the amount of fuel mixed with the air too much fuel could cause the cutting out you describe
Finally - you might adjust the slide needle up or down a notch to see what effect it makes
The 142 main jet is probably OK
