So i just bought an 02 400ex with 440 big bore kit for my wife. She had one before but she wanted to try out a dirtbike and now she is back.
It has pro circuit full exhaust, jet kit and K&n filter.
Would it be normal for the exhaust header to glow red with these mods? I have seen it do that on a few other quads but never one i owned.
I also plan to clean the carb, and check the valves this weekend. Can anyone remember the correct valve clearance? I gave my old repair manual away with the last one and cant remember.
