Might be your chain jumping teeth on the sprocket or you might have bad axle bearings - check the bearings first and if good, readjust the chain - also inspect the sprockets for damaged teeth
Adjust your chain this way: compress the suspension so the engine counter shaft, the swing arm pivot and the rear axle are in a straight line, spin the rear wheels to find the tightest point in the chain, then adjust the chain for 1/2 to 5/8 inch of play 1/2 way between the sprockets
