Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum, just purchased a 2004 Honda TRX350ES and currently waiting for a new battery to arrive UPS today. The previous owner had a bad 12volt battery on it that would have to boost to start it. I noticed the fan has not turned on any but I haven't driven the 4wheeler much at all since waiting for a good battery. When the new battery arrives, how can I test the fan to make sure it even works with a bypass wire? I need specifics such as which color wire from what plug on the harness and all, my youtube search only shows on video and it is trying to ground some wire to the motor. Thanks guys
Gonna be hard to help on this one. Honda did not make a 350ES in 04. In 03 and 04 there were 8 models of 350 4 were F models and 4 were T models - in 05 it was pared down to 4 models, 2 T and 2 F.
That's better - the fan is for the oil cooler - here's the procedure for checking and testing the fan
