My ex starts clicks like in gear but don’t move but when I jack it up the wheels move slow but move a lil like the throttle is moving it but barely move on full throttle and won’t move at all on the ground

You first need to adjust the manual clutch and if that does not solve the problem, replace the manual clutch.
