2006 300ex no fire ..with all new electrical components

I have a 2006 honda 300ex that was stolen and hotwired.. when it was returned the wiring was hacked up and destroyed. I purchased all new oem parts to replace everything electronic , new on/off switch ,new ignition coil, new relay, cdi, battery, key switch ignition, stator, pulse generator..? Any clues. Im no mechanic.. but i have the diagrams to wiring etc..need help

Where did you buy the parts? Amazon CDI units and other electrical components are known to be faulty out of the box.

OK - step by step - you will need an ohm meter and a peak voltage meter or a DVM with the peak function or a peak voltage adapter for a standard meter.

Is there 12v on the black/white wire at the CDI unit?

98 300 is pretty broad - is it a 300, 300EX or 300FW? And, yes, most of the parts are NLA - have to get used, find the rare NOS unit on a dealers shelf or use a Chinese unit adapted to work on the Japanese designed unit.
