I'm looking to upgrade the a arms on my 400ex to some +2 arms. I don't know anything about what ones are any good or worth their price. Now I don't have the greatest budget so I am looking for the best that I can get for a fair price. Thanks for looking

What is the best option to rebuild my stock a arms? Bushings or bearings? Any particular brand ?
