What is involved in replacing a carburetor on a 300EX to a 400EX carb? Or is everything replace and go?

Also; what are some tricks to start any Honda in cold weather?

Best starting method I have found is full choke and no throttle. Worked on my 97 air cooled 250 and my 04 liquid cooled 450 - also works on most of the machines I work on, but the best starting method varies between makes and models
