400ex Oil Leak

Hi, I have a 2001 Honda 400ex and it is leaking from the bottom oil line. I have replaced the o'ring and doubled up the o'rings. I have also tried silicone gasket maker but it won't stop leaking. It only leaks while it is running and it begins dripping within seconds. Does anyone know what could be the cause of the leak and how to stop it.
