im in the middle of basically restoring an 88 trx 250r and i was wondering if i could use 450 shocks with resevoirs instead of the stock ones i have now since they would work alot better and im trying to keep it as origional as possible

You may have to shave some off the eyelet of the shocks in order for them to work.

I beleive it is a pretty basic install.
I had to shave alittle on the eye to put them on my 400ex.

They bolt right up, I installed a set while my others are getting serviced @ works. they are stiff though and need some fine tuning on the settings.
