I have a trx450s that I just rebuilt the rear deferential cause I thought that was my problem but when I got everything put back together and started to get on it to ride it would go. It will shift in all gears. What could my problem be

there might be a problem in either the centrifugal or manual clutch

Or a broken drive shaft in the engine - a friend just broke the drive shaft in his TRX500FW and only had front wheel drive

If your is not driving either the front or rear, I would suspect a clutch problem

It did make a loud pop before it stopped

You need to get all 4 wheels off the ground - with the transmission in neutral try turning a wheel - any wheel you turn should cause all 4 wheels to turn.
