Hello all. First post. I have two 2001 400ex I’m rebuilding. I’m working on the one that’s all stock and was looking into rebuild kits for the carb. Saw an entire carb on Amazon for around $40. Wonder what the thoughts were on these. What would pros of cons be in getting one of theses vs just rebuilding.

The OEM carb is hands down better, but with patience and diligence the Amazon carb can be made to work - ask the Amazon seller if you can get replacement parts for their carb - usually not and the OEM parts do not interchange
