Absolutely not - they are completely different.

The clutch basket of an 07 TRX450R fits:

All the plates are different too, but the basket is the big item. Honda does not specify the number of teeth on the primary gear, but I'm guessing its not the same between the bike and the quad.

Now how can i adjust the clutch? guy i got it off of said the clutch isnt even a month old? i know how to adjust with the cable but not anything else? its only slipping 3-5 under half or more throttle
