After the engine is warmed up I have coolant flowing into the carb breather box from the engine vent tube. Just hope the block is not cracked. Any suggestions?

Nope - not a cracked block if you are inquiring about any of the Honda products

Sounds like a plumbing problem - someone connected a hose to the wrong place

I had the carb rebuilt and started having problems shortly there after. Could it be the jet not seated properly. Upon further investigation the fluid running into the airbox seems to be a mixture of gas and oil.

Can't help much without more info. Some Honda models had coolant connected to the carb.

What year model? TRX what? Size (cc's), designation (X, EX, S, R, Recon)? What's the VIN? The VIN tells all.

Gas and oil running into the air box? My first guess would be the crankcase is full of gas. Have you dumped the oil and put in new?

Model number is TRX500FA it is a 2001 500cc. Engine serial number is 8006661 TE26E. I am unable to get the vin number it appears to be under the winch mount. Yes the oil has been drained. I do not want to restart until I fix the problem.

Remove the air filter from the air box, start the engine and find out where the mixture is entering the air box
