08 trx 450er. After a ride in crivits the vibrations ended up pulling 2 outta 3 wires out of the connector on the tail light. Any fixes for this? Any anyone no much on the l.e.d bulbs that are direct replacement. Better then h.i.ds? Or the PIAA. Bulbs? There claiming 3600 lumen 20/30 Watt bulbs. Plug and plays. Anyone run them?

As to the taillight - a well equipped shop can install new terminals on the wires and re-insert them into the connector

As to the headlight - anyone?

Yea there 45$ a piece so not cheap. And it's the factory clip into tail light so idk if there's an aftermarket pin style I can splice on?

Which LED plug in headlights are you looking at? I've upgraded to the h4 LED headlights on several dirtbikes and the improvement is extraordinary. Way more light and they use less power. I think they've surpassed HID, but that's my own opinion. No ballast, easier installation, consistent light temperature. I'm looking for drop in LED lights with an H6M bulb for my 400ex. Not sure if it's a different bulb than your 450?
Cyclops has drop in h6m LED lights that look good, but they have a fan. I'm not a fan of the fan.
Advmonster has a lot of drop in LED headlight replacements too. I have a couple of their H4 lights for bikes and they're epic. I also use their ss25 light bars which are stellar. Just don't use them on an AC system. DAMHIK.
ADVMONSTER has great heat sync solutions that don't require a fan, but they don't have a bolt in h6m. I'd love a Cyclops h6m with an Advmonster h4 rev3 heatsink

Here's the advmonster h4r3: http://stores.advmonster.com/h4-r3-led-headlight/

And the Cyclops Adventures h6m:

I was thinking cyclops but what's bad about the fan? Beside power draw? Here's the other one I saw idk if there good tho http://m.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-TRX-450R-450ER-450-SUPER-WHITE-100-Watt-LED-HEADLIGHTS-BULBS-/111896904228?nav=SEARCH
I'm trying to figure out what the power draw is. It says 100w in one place, and 35w somewhere else. Warranty?
Advmonster backs up their products with a 1 year warranty. Not sure about cyclops. Having a company to back it up is nice.
My objection to the fan is that if the fan stops, how will you know until the light stops working permanently? What about water/debris? Maybe it's unnecessary paranoia. I like the heat sinks better on the advmonster, for sure.

I'd love to know what you decide!
