Help my 1998 trx300 will only run in nuetral | Honda TRX ATV Forum

engine only runs in neutral and when i go to first or reverse it dies.

You probably have either a bad reverse switch or a bad CDI unit. Try disconnecting the reverse switch and see if the problem goes away.
