i'm having a problem with a fuel cut relay,i need to place a jumper in place of the relay to pump fuel, i have a ground, voltage, coil voltage at the relay but wont send voltage to pump so i bought new relay from dealer but same trouble. Is there something i'm missing with this relay? should i go to a vacuum pump and can this electrical system?(note: machine ran with jumper in but no longer i think its flooded with pump on all the time when keys on)

You should not have any coil voltage unless the engine is cranking or running AND the coil voltage is not accurately measurable without an oscilloscope. It is a pulsating DC voltage and has to be measured on the AC scale. If you have coil voltage at the relay with the engine stopped - you have another problem - possibly a bad CDI box.
