Okay guys so i go to start my quad put it in neutral and sometimes the light comes on other times it wont....so i went a bought a new solenoid and cdi box and new battery still nothing....so i hook up the battery charger to it and it starts up just fine the head lights and the neutral lights flicker on and off and bright to dim....the fuses are fine and all i just need some help

Battery connections need to be cleaned and tightened or a new battery might be in order

Clean and check all the ground positions, sounds like you have a bad ground.

Also check it for bad fuse, if not run down the ground wire for short.
