I have a 2000 400ex that I just bought. I am going to be putting a Lexx slip on exhaust on and an Uni Air filter. Any suggestions on jet size or a kit I could buy to have a little bit of a range of sizes

Jetting is as individual as the set-up and the location - what works in FL will not work in CO

If the only change is the exhaust, put it on and see how it performs before changing any jets - changes to the exhaust do not affect jetting as much as changes to the intake and each exhaust system affects the engine differently, so while a DG exhaust may not require a jet change in GA, it may require a complete carb re-calibration in WY and while the Lexx may not require re-jetting in NY it might in NV.

Don't fiddle with the carb unless you need to.
