Jetting 2006 honda TRX400EX

I just purchased a full exhaust HMF performance series ,K&N filter with outerwear,I have no idea what jet size to run ,it did come with jet Kit ,I heard 42 main ?
I live in Northern California (Bay Area)we are at sea level .I will be installing this coming weekend any suggestions greatly appreciated
