They are OEM Honda wheels. Came on the ATC350X. If they're in good shape, they will probably be in demand for somebody restoring a 350X.

I don't see a name anywhere and they have a strange looking hub to them. They have JAPAN marked on them and a couple of other symbols.

Quick google search proves you right.
Glad you could spot them because I couldn't tell what they were. My guess was 250r wheels but I couldn't find anything on that.

Those rims would surely look nice if you bundle it with a aggressive looking atv mud tire. Polishing the lip will surely add some bling into it.
