I recently bought a fmf power core 4 slipon for my 2001 400ex, upon installing it i noticed it was running rich, so i went to adjust the fuel screw and it's impossible to get on... How do I get onto it so I can adjust it? A normal flatblade doesn't fit. DO NOT reply to this unless it's telling me how to get on the screw.. My carbs are fine and jetted properly, it simply needs the fuel screw adjusted.

also, which way is lean and which way is rich.. and from which side... like if im on the left side of the quad do i turn it left or right? to lean it some

It takes a special right angle screwdriver (Motion Pro makes one) or the screw needs to be replaced with one that you can turn by hand (several brands available)

Turn clockwise to lean (turn in)(right hand threads) from either side of the vehicle
