I have an 08 400ex and wanting some nerf bars. I was looking into houser and wanted to know if the 450r ones would work and bolt up to the 400ex? Thanks in advance! -Mike

i just bought some alba nerf bars on ebay for 170 they the nets heel guards and replaceable foot pegs not bad jus have to see if there worth the money will let you know in 3-7 business days

Well I didnt get any pics yet. I ran into some problems getting bolts out of stock foot pegs.

No just a pain in the ass to get out. Any easy ways or suggestions?

Penetrsting oil(WD-40) Be easy on it. Don't break it. Try to loosen alittle and then tighten. loosen tighten. Thats the pattern. Mine were a bit of a pain to get out.

im sure your not dumb but do you have 3/8 drive hex key socket and a pipe (cheater bar) and tap it with a hammer not to hard thats what i did
