Hi everyone,
my name is James , own a '85 250 Fourtrax and purchased a '86 125 Fourtrax for my 16yr son. I'm here to help in what ever way i can,so far on the 125 I've rebuild the sub transmission, rebuild carb, recovered the seat, done a little painting
on the metal parts. On the 250 I've had to rebuild carb, replace timing chain, cam & cam cover, replaced brakes, brake cable just to name a few. What i've learned is help from friends at the Honda forum, I don't know it all ,but anything I can do to help ,feel free to ask.

Hey man, just wanted to pop in and say hello. I too just signed up to this forum, and am also in Georgia. What area are you from? I'm still waiting for all the snow and ice to melt off so I can ride again. It was fun on the first two days, but then it gets old......and cold! Well, best of luck to ya, fell free to hit me up. I'm always looking for new people to ride with and places to go

Hey Bro,I'm from Aragon,Ga ? Rockmart,Ga is around 23 miles south of Rome,Ga. In Northwest Ga. Yea, i had fun during the snow, but paid the consequences later , have been dizzy since, but it's all good. I even rode my atv without the plastics, haven't had it back together long, the day of the snow was the first time getting it back running, but, it running perfect now! love it...

So, where abouts do you ride at? I know what you mean about bein dizzy, it wall I could do to keep it straight and out of the ditches. I live right at the edge of cumming near dawsonville/ canton area. I can't wait till the sun is cookin us and I can ride without a jacket on. I have a small private woods track at my house, and a huge undeveloped sub devision behind my brothers property in sugar hill that is now an atv wonderland! Kinda like a mini durahmtown. My brother and his family All ride, so it makes for good times with the kids.

I have a few rental trailers and behind them is a field where my son and his friends ride, it has a few trails ,but does get old going over the same path at times. I won't be dizzy, but I'm getting over a work related accident, where I feel a little over 6 ft off the back of my delivery trucks lift gate back in 03/10/2010 ,hit had first, have been out of work since ,doctor has no idea when I'll well enough to go back to work. Here lately I only get dizzy if i try to turn my head to my right or left side looking up, plus when I'm getting out of bed in the mornings. When i work on my son or my atv , I have to be carefull
to look straight ahead, but if I get dizzy,I just wait a few minutes and continue
what I was doing.

Ouch dude, that's horrible. Do they suspect it's perminant damage? I had a severe hit to the dome when I was eighteen messin around without a helmit but got off easy with some prolonged anxiety issues, not dizzy though. I'm sure that's a real s-ity feeling. Have you noticed improvement over the months?

I've notice some improvement at times, but just when i think I'm getting better ,the dizziness hits again. Doctors really don't know what is going to happen yet, taking meds, but only time will tell.I've been with this company for over 10 yrs,but now they are telling me if I'm not back to work before the end of march i lose my left over 2 weeks vacation pay from 2010,but if I make it back by then, then i get my 2 weeks ,plus my 3 weeks for this year! bunch of bull! but who knows...
