New guy here. I was given a 84 TRX 200 that just stopped running. I checked the timing and checked the ohms on all the ignition part. Good spark but still won’t hit even on starting fluid. HELP! Compression seems good. Thanks

Compression always seems good until checked - should be at least 100 psi to start - 120 is average and as much as 180 is not abnormal

Also, how did you check the timing? Many times it only needs a new spark plug to fix the problem.
