There was like a 4 inch peice of metal just sitting in my bearing carrier? I watched yt videos i seen where it was tight around there axles. its loose on my old one & its still loose on my new one. Is this a big deal? Will it be fine? I dont know what the peice is even called to look it up

It's the spacer that keeps the bearings from being over tightened - put one new bearing in, put the spacer in, put the other bearing in, put the seals in, insert axle and tighten the assembly
