I just replaced the brake pads on my 2013 trx400x. As I was bleeding the brake line. I heard a noise coming from the rear brake caliper. I looked at it, and seen brake fluid coming from around the pin bush boot. Do I have to rebuild it or whwt? I need some help.

Brake fluid cannot get out around the pin bushing boot unless the caliper is broken and needing to be replaced.

I'm guessing the liquid you saw was water. If the caliper is not serviced regularly and if it gets cleaned with high pressure washes, water will be forced into the boot - when the pads are replaced, the pin displaces the water. I suggest you remove the caliper from the mount, clean and re-grease the pins. This need to be done each time the pads are replaced or once a year even if the pads are not replaced.
